Daniel Braid

Daniel Braid returned to the Blues last year after a two year stint with the Queensland Reds. An injury-plagued season meant little game time but he returns fit and ready for 2012.

A member of the rare father and son All Black club, Daniel made his test debut in 2002 before playing his first Super Rugby match in 2003.

Braid was recognised as New Zealand’s Player of the Year for 2007.
