With the Blues and Vodafone Warriors both gracing Eden Park over the next two weekends, fans have a chance to see the city's hardest hitting sporting teams perform in New Zealand's biggest arena.
Supporters have the chance to get a combined ticket to both of these games and save a substantial amount of money.
Termed the ‘South Stand Special’ – the double offer applies to home games for both codes at Eden Park in the next 10 days. The first match is when the Blues meet the Bulls for a Sunday afternoon game on March 10. The following Saturday (March 16) the Vodafone Warriors face the Sonny Bill Williams-boosted Sydney Roosters.
"We are trialling something not done before between the Blues and the Warriors. With the two games being on consecutive weekends, it offers Auckland sports fans the opportunity to go along to both matches, have great covered seats and support their local teams. Add the cost saving aspect to it and we believe it's a pretty exciting offer," said Blues CEO Andy Dalton.
Patrons who buy the tickets are guaranteed discounted rates for covered seats at Eden Park for both matches.
“It’s great for Auckland to see the Vodafone Warriors and the Blues working together for what will be a fantastic week for both of us at New Zealand’s premier sporting venue,” said Vodafone Warriors chief executive, Wayne Scurrah.
For two cracker games of footy within six days, it’s a feast for rugby and league fans. What would normally cost a total of $80.00 for a premium seat at both games is available for pre-purchase at $55.
